Studied all last night for a test in History this afternoon. I don’t think I’ve ever actually studied that hard for a test as “small” as this upcoming one.. However, it’s inspired me to actually try and study for everything else as well. It was quite a productive night and it might sound horribly nerdy, but I’m excited for future nights because I’d really love to keep this up. I normally have terrible study habits (actually, they’re nonexistent) so last night was a good change of pace. I’m just so used to coasting through everything and still being able to get soaring grades. Unfortunately, things have not been going in that fashion for the past school year. Lessons learned!
Next (school) year is looking pretty sweet from where I currently am. Really looking forward to being more involved in school. Kaity and I are planning to get some fun clubs started, which is something I’m quite ecstatic about. College is right around the corner and time seems to be flying faster and faster, so I’m trying to do as much as I can to put myself in a good position. The competition is intense, I can’t really afford to lose any chances anymore. NYU, what’s up?
Anyway, I think that’s it for tonight. I’m actually pretty tired already and it’s not even eleven o’clock yet. This is a good sign; I’m actually going to get some sleep! That is, after I catch up on some reading. Lots of ideas are floating around in my mind and I’m feeling lots of creativity brewing inside of me.. I just need to find the time to lay it all down and get myself organized. Hopefully soon. I’ve got too many tests this week to concentrate on more personal projects.
